So I just got the great news that my blog will be getting a makeover!!! My favorite counselor Mrs. Jennifer (I don't know how to spell her new name) has a super cool website http://pinkarmchairdesigns.blogspot.com/ and I won a contest. So stay tuned for the new and inproved blog!

Now I need some help with coming up with a cute header so I can have her make me a permant header so send me ideas!!!

need help!

So I need help...I am bored of how the livingroom looks and want to rearrange it. Now the question is who is going to do it? I don't mind moving the stuff, I'm just not good at coming up with new ideas...so someone do it for me!!!

The good news is as of yesterday I can be sick for 3 hours and take 12 hours off of work and get paid for it!!! My PTO time has finally started to kick in...it sure would of been nice to have that when I took a week and a half off for the wedding, but at least I will have some for the holidays!

Hope everyone has a good weekend I'm finally off for most of the weekend only working Sunday. Tonight is date night at ACU so we are doing that...free movie and 25 cent candy can't beat that!

Can you say GROSS!!!

Ok so David and I got the Pet Dyson Vaccum (the pretty purple one) Well I just got done cleaning the apartment (keep in mind not very big) and we filled the whole thing!!! How gross is that?!?!

I guess I am just in cleaning mood over all today because I also got all of our paper and junk organized with a file system! I really like to get organized it is fun!

Anyways nothing new with us just junky work and David's school...Now off to dinner...tonight is the St. Judes night at chili's where 100% goes to the hospital so everyone should go eat there tonight!

Lectureship is this week.  It is one of my favorite times of the year for a couple of reasons.  First Jason always comes in town so I get to see him.  (I don't get to see him all that much so its sooo much fun the few times that I do get to).  Second I just think it is cool to see that many people worshiping God...so many people from such different backgrounds and different ages all coming together.  This year Paul (my brother-inlaw) came into town so that he could see if he wanted to come to school next year...I think we talked him into it!!!  It was so much fun hanging out with him and playing video games.  It was sad to see him go today.  

now all of those things are great and fun but the most exciting thing of the week this week is that David and I made a big investment this week...we got a Dyson!!!! We got the purple on that is the pet on  and it is the most amazing thing EVER!!! it is sooo gross to see how nasty your carpet is...even  though you have already cleaned it with your old one. (ok ok so that isn't more important the see family or God but I'm pretty excited about it).

We I got to go.  David is on his way home. Im going to be sad when Thursday comes around.  I have really enjoyed having him home this week.

back to the real life

This weekend David and I went home (a very much needed trip to just get out of Abilene). We got to finally see all of our wedding pictures in person...much better than online! I also got the CD's so now I can load them on the computers! (and blog!)

On Sat. my mom and I went to Celebrate Dallas...a scrapbooking event thing. I am finally working on the second half of my vaction book from two summers ago. Which then put me in the mood to do mine and David's honeymoon book...which is now half done now!!! Can't wait to show everyone!

But now we are back home and it's nice to be back. Here are a few bridal pics enjoy them I work 5 days this week so I bet I won't be back for a few days.

Isn't she the cutest...well of course not as cute as Penny!!! I don't think Penny is going to be happy the next time she goes to see her Sassy and her Pappy and there is someone in her spot and taking the attention away from her.
