Halloween (part 3)

Wow 3 post just for Halloween...I wounder how many it will take for Christmas!

 

Ava really go into pumpkin carving this year (kind of suprised me, she doesn't like to get dirty)

These are her pumpkins she picked out one for each of us...from left to right, Momma pumpkin (yes the biggest!) then Ava, Jacob and a daddy pumpkin)

 I'm a little weird and I love cleaning the inside of pumpkins!

 Ava got to pick the shape of the eyes, nose, how many teeth and if it would be scary or happy.

The only thing we didn't get to do was roast the seeds...Ava got too excited and broke our bowl full of the seeds, and I was too nervous about glass being in the them. Oh well my pin from pintrest will be there next year! I hope everyone had a good halloween.

Halloween (part 2)

It's a bird, no it's a plane...No it's SUPERMAN!!!

 Isn't my little superman super cute!!! (the best part is that they are pj's so we can keep using them!!!)

 You never would of guess what Ava wanted to be for halloween...a princess of course!

 Miss thing was into pictures this day...she has a thing that she thinks she has to have her hands by her face to smile.

Halloween (part 1)

 

Every year Disablitly Resources has a small pumpkin patch.  I couldn't wait to go this year, I had to work last year so I missed out on the fun.  Ava LOVED all the different size pumpkins and picking one out based on their sizes for all of us.

 

 Even Jacob loved the pumpkins!

 Poor Jacob wasn't too sure of these pumpkins...I think he was having flash backs to when school stuck him into a pumpkin! (if you don't know what I'm talking about look at my facebook)

Every holiday gets better and better now that Ava knows what is going on.  This year she is really into halloween! Last year we didn't do anything b/c she wouldn't wear her costume.

Maternity pictures...just a year late!

I don't know why us pregnant momma's insist on getting maternity pictures done...I guess so we can remember what we look like at fattest to motivate us to get back to prepregancy weight...who knows.  Missy was so sweet and took my maternity pictures again, this time at her house.  She does such a great job.

 

 



 I can't believe how much she has changed in a year! Straight hair with bangs and such a baby face! 

 I love these with David and Ava in the background!!!

 I don't remember being this BIG!!! It's amazing how fast you forget!

 I love that Ava always thought she had a baby in her tummy, and that she wanted pictures of her baby too.

Change of subject...Please be praying for Rex and his family.  He is a 10 yr old dying of a brain tumor in Abilene.  He has been on hospice but he doesn't have much longer.  He family has asked for prayer that God takes him soon and peacefully.  Can you image ever having to ask for those prayers.
